In on day 39 today. I have dipped for 45years. I have sorta tried to quit I'm sure like everybody else in all those special days.Kids birthdays, anniversary, etc. I have finally admitted after all these years and chewing 2 cans a day that I'm an addict. Just like at AA years ago had to get to the bottom. I'm there and committed to my quit..This site is awesome.Still learning the sign on protocol but love the site. Thank you my brothers..
