Question, should a quit plan include caving as the last possible step of the plan when all else has failed?

Hey, Crucial, you might want to share this info with your quit group. Insomnia is a fairly common problem at your stage in quitting and it may help them as well.

Hello everyone, I am on Day 79 and going strong. I still feel the desire every single day for a dip, but, I am holding strong. Problem is, lately I can only sleep in like 2 hour blocks and not very good. Is this normal? Just trying to find out if this is common with the other quitters on here. And yes, it is good to be a quitter :)
