Welcome Skoaldaddy! If it is encouragement you want, that's what you will find. There is no almost about it, this must be day 1. Buckle up, tomorrow and Thursday are going to be quite a ride. Drink tons of water and spend a ton of time on this site reading and posting. Most of all, pay very close attention to how much what you're going through sucks. At the end of the suck, that memory will help you stay quit.

You can give this shit up, but you really have to want it. Do you want to save your life?
