I was thinking red and black were the traditional labor day colors.

Day 3..Decided it was time to quit and man up. Reasoning? Well the risk, but also the amounts of money spent and wasted. Decided I could hit a baseball and accomplish the tasks without having a dip in my mouth. I hope to get this done and move on in my life. COLD TURKEY!!!

As you may know, we recently had Lee (Hawk from American Gladiators) in the KTC chat.  He'll be coming back on the 30th if you missed him.

We're also potentially lining up a dentist to come into chat and field questions... something you guys would be interested in?

Great Idea. For those of us that probably will not be able to make it. Will there be a chat transcript or anything that we can look at to see the QA's provided?

Hmm... yeah, that's probably something I can pull together. May take me a while to format it so it's readable, but I'll get it done.
