Thanks to all the people who kept e-mailing me even though i acted like a jerk Ichewie, WhoDey,Tom,Loot.The main thing to remember is you have to do it for your self not for your wife or son,or daughter etc. ONLY FOR YOURSELF after all YOU are the one WITH the PROBLEM. you can use them for inspiration but that's all you must stick to your attitude at day one and ,learn to live with it .It is very difficult but it is also well worth it.I have dipped since i was 17 years old and ,now i am 38 and i have tried to quit many times but each time i tried it got a little easier and i got a little more sick of the shit until finally (THANK GOD) I QUIT.
And believe me there is life without this stuff you can be just as happy ,or possible even more happy without this worm dirt in your mouth,Just remember one day at a time and read the post from this web sites from other quitters and it will give you the motivation and guidance to quit once and for all.GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU CAN QUIT AND YOU WILL QUIT.
