After dipping for 28 years ,I never thought I'd be at 100 days quit! This was the hardest thing I ever went through. If someone told me last year at this time that I was going to quit the nic butch ,I would have never believed them.I went through pure hell quitting expecially with the anxiety! I still am having problems with it but trying to control it. I am so thankful that I came across this site for help. It's kinda funny how doctors and other medical people are so concerned with people that smoke but not people that chew. I tell all my friends that still chew to come to this site.
I just want to thank everyone that helped me through this and I plan on staying quit!
