With the Army, some of our missions were long and in an attempt to stay awake, one of my fellow soldiers said "Here, try this." True to his advice, it's hard to fall asleep when you feel like you're going to throw up all over yourself. But four years later, the habit sticks. I'm addicted and I want to quit.
