Go back and read from the start. I did not thumb my nose. I struggled to get it to post on my phone. No computer at the time.

I got ripped on for not doing it.

At that point it was clear that it didn't matter if I was having issues with the "posting role" section of this site. If I couldn't figure it out in that day or two. Found this site on day 2 by the way, I wasn't needed here.

So instead of letting this site not help me, I used it as motivation.

I read all the things like i was a "gai boi" and quit on my own.

I challenge you to start with the first post and read it all.

KM

I read from the first post. You not that difficult.... glad you are quit. And glad you were able to use KTC to get this far.

Since I took your challenge, I would like to offer one to you.... go to December 19 group (click pre-HoF groups) post your name, day count and a promise to not use nicotine. Then engage these foggy new quitters and help them get through the fog and the funk.

Quit with you today

Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.

Bitter? Nah, bro.

You’re quitting. That’s fantastic. Another FU to big tobacco.

As has been mentioned... when you’re not really part of this community (which you’ve thumbed your nose at repeatedly), your status updates are just more background noise. Nobody really cares.

Good luck.
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.

I was told numerous times it couldn't be done.

Just letting you know I did do it.

Your bitter because I quit?

I did post roll call once but now can't find it back. I honestly don't count my days, just know when I quit. April 20 was the day I stopped the real stuff. I eat alot more now as I when ever I was hungry before, I'd just toss a dip in. I need to start working out or I'm gonna be a beached whale in 6 months :)

Just another new guy. Tommorow will be 2 months of no chew after a little 14 run with that crazy can. I still find myself grabbing for my can now and then. I'm not smart enough to get into that "roll call" thing, heck, needed help getting a user name and password from the admin. Thanks for that by the way. Just wanted to drop in and say hello. I read articles on the website for about 2 weeks before I quit, it helped me know what I was getting into.

Screeby,

if you can post here, you can post in your group. Which I believe would be July10. Go over an introduce yourself. There is alot of shit for you to learn still, alot of help to be found in a quit group. Don't sell yourself short. Dumber folks have figured it out so I'm sure you can too.

sM'

Yup, get involved and stay quit. I'm in your group, brother. Go post roll in July. Here is what you do:

1. Go to quit groups
2. Find July
3. Click "first unread post," and if the first unread post is a roll call (not something somebody posted for shits and giggles in our group), then...
4. Click Quote
5. You will see two boxes. One box will be on top and the other will be on bottom. Click the bottom box and hit "CTRL + A" "CTRL +X"....
6. Click on the top box and hit "CTRL + V"
7. You will see two different groups per post. You will have the "Quitters" and then you will see the "Quitter Support." Sometimes they are hard to see when you are doing a quote. But, make sure you click under the last "quitter" and post your username and the number days you are quit.
8. Enjoy being quit for another day and the next day to your new life.

There ya have it.

And if that does not help you PM me and I will call you and walk you through it this evening.

Posting roll is THAT important.

"CLOSE THE DOOR. In my opinion, it?s the single most important step in your final quit. There is one moment, THE moment, when you finally let go and surrender to the quit. After that moment, no temptation will be great enough, no lie persuasive enough to make you commit suicide by using tobacco."

Stop being a gai boi and come quit with us.

All you gotta do is take 25 seconds to post role every morning and thats it. That's the minimum involvement, and guess what it works....you want to get more involved? awesome, even better, text dudes, talk with people on here...but even with the minimum it makes quitting that much easier
