Hella nice Quit you got going there Hokie!
Let's see, youre quit 14 days longer than me, and you were able to post correctly the first day - crap I think I'll be riding on youre coat tails. :) Seriously, great job. Click on the pink welcome thing above and read all you can today and this weekend.

When you post roll, you are promising to yourself and the rest of us that you will not use nicotine that day. That's it. We do it day by day, and sometimes minute by minute. Simple but not always easy.

Welcome again, and I'll quit with you today my new brother.

If you use the tools provided here, your chances of remaining quit are 100%.

I will put that up against any system out there, every day.

You ready to do what needs to be done?

Keddy - thanks - definitely been nic free since 11:59 PM 12/31/11 EST!

No patches, no nada!

Obviously you know how the last 42 days have been, came looking for support and like-minded people.

Zam, I am just doing a day at a time - hell, sometimes it is minute by minute.

Welcome, Hokie, and congratulations on your quit.

This is a nic-free site, meaning no nic gum, patches or tobacco products. The major part of this site is posting roll. Head over to the WELCOME CENTER (red link, upper left) and read everything there. Then go the PRE HOF April 2012 HOF Class to post and introduce yourself.

I've found that information is power when it comes to quitting so take some time to read the stuff under KillTheCan.org as well.

If you need anything else, just shout.

Quitting is no fun at first, but your life is worth the fight!

Checking in for the first time here on this site. On day 42 of quit and a good friend directed me here for continued support - I think he is weary of being my full time support network :)

Last dip ever at 11:45 PM EST 12/31/11

Here's to NEVER going back!

Cheers!
Welcome. You've been quit longer than I have, so here's to you!. Well done. My guess is that you'd be in the April 2012 group. Take a look around the site, to ensure you understand it the same way your buddy explained it. I hope you get the support you are looking for, because I know you don't want to start again on a week one. No you do not.

Welcome.
*Quit today. Full stop. No qualifiers. Tomorrow?... IDK, IDC.
