Hello everyone. My name is Payden. I'm 21 years old and I've been chewing about a can a day since I was a freshman in highschool and it is time for me to quit. I'm already have high blood pressure and I really don't feel like dying yet so I'm giving it up.
P.S. I don't have anything else to say, I just wanted an excuse to use this... 'Remshot'
Jersey,
Welcome to the forum. Do some reading, there's alot of collective knowledge here in these forums. We do not "give up" here...We QUIT. "Give up" implies a sacrifice. Quitting dip is not a sacrifice, it is a decision to take control back, to stop being a slave to a can.
I wish I had quit at 21. That would have been 15 years ago for me. Don't be me.
Be Payden the quitter, here's how:
1) Dump out every ounce of that shit from every can, right now.
2) Go to Sept. 2011 and post a day 1(posting roll is your promise to everyone to be completely nicotine free for the day)
3) Keep your word (we rely on integrity here)
4) Stay quit for today
5) Worry about tomorrow, when it comes.
Congratulations on getting here, now dig in and quit.
