Hey guys. Sorry I haven't been on the site in a while. I haven't caved though and it's been 7 days so far. I do have a question though. Is there any way that I can make it so the oldest comment are at the top. So my first post would be at the top and this wound be at the bottom?
Yeah its easy. Just follow the instructions here:

Easy

Fucking riot dude. Totally acceptable to want to drop that one in there.

Get your ass over to the Sept. 2011 quit group and post roll. The most important thing I've learned from this site is that the time is NOW, not tomorrow, not next week, it's fucking NOW. I've been where you are, I started chewing when I was a sophomore in high school, now I'm 33 with a track record of quit-fails scattered over 18 years. Nicotine will eventually invade EVERY aspect of your life, don't let it control you. Post up. Read up. Get to quittin.
Yep, Ace is right. Change the age to 36 and the history to 19, and that's me. Wish I had quit early. There's no telling what kind of permanent damage I've done since I was 21. Congrats on quitting.

Hey Jersey,

This is my first day as a quitter. Yesterday I did what Dante is suggesting....sort of. I tossed my last two cans of that crap in the garbage at the park, around 4pm. Around 6pm I was digging in the trash looking for the cans. I found them, took my last, and emptied them out on the ground. Simply throwing them away wasn't enough, I ended up digging through the trash with nice people wondering what the hell I was doing. That's insane! Flush them tonight, then spend ALL day tomorrow on this website. That's why I'm here seeing your post, because I've been reading all day. It's been my lifeline and support on Day 1. It's a fight for my life, and I'm not going to lose this time. Best of luck, join me in the September 2011 group. I'll be looking for your name tomorrow on roll call.

Denny

Hello everyone. My name is Payden. I'm 21 years old and I've been chewing about a can a day since I was a freshman in highschool and it is time for me to quit. I'm already have high blood pressure and I really don't feel like dying yet so I'm giving it up.

P.S. I don't have anything else to say, I just wanted an excuse to use this...  'Remshot'
Jersey,

Welcome to the forum. Do some reading, there's alot of collective knowledge here in these forums. We do not "give up" here...We QUIT. "Give up" implies a sacrifice. Quitting dip is not a sacrifice, it is a decision to take control back, to stop being a slave to a can.

I wish I had quit at 21. That would have been 15 years ago for me. Don't be me.

Be Payden the quitter, here's how:

1) Dump out every ounce of that shit from every can, right now.
2) Go to Sept. 2011 and post a day 1(posting roll is your promise to everyone to be completely nicotine free for the day)
3) Keep your word (we rely on integrity here)
4) Stay quit for today
5) Worry about tomorrow, when it comes.

Congratulations on getting here, now dig in and quit.
Quit Date: May 10, 2011
