NavyChief came over to my office and we had a Flushing Party (I truly thank you). Tomorrow is my official quit day and I'm looking forward to the future without dip. I have dipped for 31 years and even have had surgery do to years of abuse. I know this will be difficult but with support I know I can overcome FOR LIFE.
