Ive been using for about 7 years now and have been trying to quit unsuccessfully for a few years . Id do it off and on during those periods, but after this last go round ive had enough. My preference was Cope snuff and Skoal wintergreen. I teach and coach in SC and just feel like its time to be a true to myself, my wife, and my students / players. Its time to be a true man and deal with things head on. The longest Ive stopped has been 3 months, but this time its going to be forever. Besides, Id like to be around for a little bit longer so I can grow old with my wife, have a family, coach, and hunt and fish some more. I plan on being a regular on here so Im looking forward to the help. Lets all end this addiction and live life on our own terms, not by the can.
