You had a had a decent quit going and lot of support, yet you threw it all away for a can of dead dried up leaves.

Maybe you can tell us how nicotine changed your life since 2013. Did all your problems magically get solved?

Yeah, that was 7 years ago but what you did then will cause you to fail this time around, too. And what you should have done will work for you today. Chose wisely and put your choice to work.

Day 6..things are getting better since day 3..slowly but surely getting sleep at night. Been exchanging numbers left and right..100% roll..go July Fucksticks!!!!! Quit with WarE and Polish Workhorse today.

Day 3 sucks? Well, it's time for a new attitude. You need to turn the tables on the Nic Bitch. Quitting is a privilege reserved to those who have the guts to say, "that's it" to the Nic Bitch. It is an honor...a right of passage. See, you GET to feel this shitty because you CHOSE to be quit.

Embrace the suck. It is the feeling of recovery. It is the best shitty feeling you will ever have. Notice it. Remember it. And swear that you will NEVER have to go through this again. YOU CAN DO THIS!

How? By posting roll and keeping your word today. Take it one day at a time. Don't get ahead of yourself. We'll worry about tomorrow, next week, next month, whatever when they get here. Just focus on keeping your word today. Stay strong and stay quit today, brother!

Ajacks- I am 20 years old and I had been dipping for 3 years. Polish workhorse and I have the same quit day, so we have been holding each other accountable..hopped in live chat last night and met some stand up people.

Hoss, be careful about quitting for that pretty lady. I did that many times, and it never worked. Luckily for me, she hung around a filthy, disgusting addict for probably 17 or 18 years until I got my shit together and decided to quit for good.

I warn you because like Evil said below: you will get angry, bitter, etc. That emotion will seek out a victim, which is usually the source of the quit. You gots to isolate that sweet gal from your rage. If she's the reason, you're likely to take it out on her. It's not her fault you're in this situation. Same held true for my wife and kids. It wasn't their fault. We cannot take our rage out on our family and friends. You want to rage? Bring it here. Rant and carry on all you want with quitters. We can take it. Just be prepared for what may be returned. It's a two-way street.

That's the attitude we are looking for! I see you posted roll, have you exchanged any numbers yet? The goal is accountability, you don't want to make it past 12 before receiving a text from a quit brother asking if you need help posting roll. If you fail at doing this you can sneak your addict ass away from the site and back to the can without anyone noticing. And if you don't mind me asking, how old are you and how long DID you dip for?
