Post roll, man. That's the price of admission to this otherwise fee resource.

Snoopy welcome to the best decision you'll ever make. Nip this shit in the bud right now before you wake up a 30 yr addict. Like PKY said it's not the delivery mechanism we're addicted to, it's the nicotine. So don't even let one thought in your mind diminish what you've set out to do. This will be hard as fuck but if you listen to what people say here and follow the methodology you can and will be quit. As far as your ADD goes, get that shit out of your head right now. Your addict brain is already setting up excuses and giving you reasons for failure. Nicotine does not treat ADD period! One problem plus nicotine equals two problems every time. If you want some digits and support, PM me. Quit on brother, you got this!

Hey Snoopy,

Welcome! Great decision to start your quit here. We have plenty of people here who have fallen into the Snus trap - it's healthier, not as much nicotine, not as socially unacceptable, etc. That's all BS. It's still the same nicotine and will still ruin your life. If you're pumping chemicals into your body 24/7, the delivery method isn't the issue.

I encourage you to find your quit group and start posting roll. Roll is your daily promise to not use any nicotine product for one day. You keep that promise and then make the same promise tomorrow. Eventually you start stacking up days and it gets a little easier. There are different phases and different struggles, but you can tackle all of them one day at a time.

Let me know if I can help.

Hey guys my name is Mark I'm 25 and I am quitting snus after using it for about 6 years. While I understand that quitting dip is probably way more intense, snus is no joke either. I tried quitting a couple of times and the farthest I made it was about 3 months and then I got sucked back in. I usually have a snus in 24/7 unless I'm eating, brushing my teeth or sleeping. I'm sick and tired of this shit and don't want to have to rely on it to get me through the day anymore so I have made the decision to quit today. My biggest fear as far as quitting goes is how it is going to affect my ADD because in a messed up way nicotine always helped me focus even more than my add meds and I am afraid that my grades in college and work performance will suffer. Also I remember the last time I quit it felt like I couldn't function properly and wanted to fight someone driving ahead of me for going to slow :D. Anyways I'm glad I found this website and can talk to people who are going through the same things I am.
