I see a great quit developing here. One suggestion: Instead of editing your original post every time you want to update your quit journey, just make a new post. Then you get some chronological order to the journey, and people can join you for a few steps along the way. See my intro to understand what I'm trying to say.

I'm strolling along the quit with you today. See you on roll tomorrow.

I have went 3 solid days! I am beyond proud of myself! I had tried to quit before but fell back into the dark hole... I now know what it will have to take to push on! 27 years old and only getting older time for self discipline and self perseverance! I want to thank everyone here who has pushed me and has stood behind me! When I reach my 100th day it wont just be the day I celebrate quitting I will be celebrating you guys too!!
Day 100 is a huge milestone, but don't forget it's still just another day. Quit everyday, worry about 100 when it gets here, and remember, 101 is even better.

Never cured

Day #21 - Well here I am at 3 weeks quit! The first week was the worst! The fatigue, anxiety, depression.... But I pushed through and kept on keeping on! Today I have fog that creeps in but creeps out just as fast! I have more mental clarity then ever!

My advice to everyone who is ready to be quit is:
1. Never look back
2. Its going to be hard, but its worth every hard day that you have.
3. You have to have a positive outlook on this experience.
4. Always know you are always going to be an addict!
5. Please lean on your group for hardships that is what we all are here for!

With that being said, Be Quit  Stay Quit!!!

Day #61

The days are beginning to pile up on me and its exciting! To think I had tried to quit before and never made it passed day 4 or 5... Super thankful for KTC and my KTC family! Without everyone standing behind me and always there to push me when needed I couldn't have came this far!!

Here recently I have experienced some rage, some depression, and tons of insomnia. The insomnia finally seems to be lightening up for the most part. Rage and depression come and go.

New quitters if you're reading this always know that no matter how hard things get you will always have us here at KTC to lean on and get you through the toughest of days!!
