Tbow...Congrats on getting to where your at right now...24 days is solid as fuck....i know exactly where your coming from...i dipped for 29 years...quit cold turkey on 16Dec2014 and I posted up a day 97 today

Just a word of caution...your getting close to what i referred to as the Hot Mess stage of your quit....between days 30 to 70 were a roller coaster ride from hell for myself and most of March....you can see that shit in April right now....Just buckle up and ride it out...you'll have really good days (where you'll think your cured) and absolute shitty days (where you'll feel like your back at the first week)....Ride It Out....stay active...increase your posting and general room activity....talk about it with your quit brother....then before you know it - you'll be sticking your head out the other side and life will all of a sudden be soo much better....

Your on the right track brother....just hang on and take it one day at a time....
Thanks Beast....I will heed your words of caution on the next 40 days. It hasn't been easy this far and I know you quit every day, so I'm trying not to look too far ahead. It is good to have someone who has been there tell you what to expect and not to get complacent in my quit. I thank you brother...
Tbow what beast said is absolutely true you may have a great week then turn around have 2 bad weeks just gotta see how bad you want this! Always keep those brothers numbers handy! On day 85 after 38 years of dip and got fake shit in now. But whatever it takes to live! Damn proud to be quit with you today my friend!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Day 24 and it feels great to have those days nic free. I'll say my June brothers have helped me thru some pretty tough times. Dano...I owe a hell of a debt of thanks for reaching out to me and getting me past the toughest time on my quit. When you think you can't take it anymore, the KTC tools come into play. If you use them you can get thru anything the nic bitch throws at you. When you are standing on the ledge teetering, text, PM, call, post, just reach out to your brothers and they will get you of that ledge and kick the bitch in the teeth. Thanks to all of my June bros and supporters for getting me thru this far. A debt I will repay by doing what we do....support our brothers and staying quit.

Hey everyone...My name is Todd and I have been dipping snuff for the last 28 years. My last dip was 2/26/15 @ 7:30 pm on my son's 18th birthday. The last 7 days have been pretty bad since I gave up cold turkey from swallowing the spit of every dip for the last 5 years. My mouth feels like razor blades, my insides feel like someone beat me with a ball bat, and the insomnia and headaches are awful, but you know what isn't awful? Kicking this shit to the curb so I can live the rest of my life without dying from cancer, watching my kids grow up and have families of their own, and getting to know grandkids...hopefully a few more years away! Anyhow, I'm trying to keep the mood swings in check with my loved ones and think I've done pretty well so far, but I know this is far from over and will appreciate any and all help the old timers can give me. Thanks for making this site!!!
