This isn't my first rodeo but hopefully will be my last. I'm mid thirties, in the military and now at a staff position where I sit at a computer all day.......and dip. I've tried to quit multiple times and am now ready to seriously take this on. My daughter now refers to my dip as my medicine. I know if she is noticing it at 2 1/2 years old, that I need to knock it off before she thinks its normal.

So tomorrow is my day 1.
