Millions, one of the best decisions you can make for you and your family. Certainly for that sweet little girl. I humped the flight line for years and then like you ended up at a desk. Unlike you, I didn't quit chewing those many years ago. Wish I would have back then and you'll be glad you have made the decision to quit now. So, with 31 years chewing I finally quit with the KTC family here. Its a wonderful freedom, even just a month or so being into my quit. I could not have done it without KTC. Dig in Brother! Awesome job Millions. If us old farts who dipped longer than you've been alive can figure out how to make this quit work, I know you can too. Read as much as you can about this addiction you're battling....Knowledge is power, and you'll need all the power you can muster some days to muddle through. Second, reach out to the members of your quit group, share stories and contact information with them (thru the PM system, not on the open forum). Lean on them when it feels like you're gonna kill someone if you don't get a dip. That's what makes this system work....brotherhood and accountability. Proud of you Soldier, let's quit like you mean it, PowerPoint Ranger!!
