Stu,

This is the place to quit.. It is a fool proof program that is 100% effective when followed exactly:

Stop by the WELCOME CENTER and read about Roll Call

The program goes like this:

1. Post Roll- this is more than a status, it is your promise to all of us that you will not use nicotine for just today. You can quit for just one day, can't you?

2. Honor your promise- posting roll means that all nicotine is off the table...Signing roll places your integrity on the line.

3. Repeat.

The first three days are going to be intense, but it gets much better. Sunflower seeds, jerky, fake dip, all are good to ward off the craves. (walmart often carries smokey mountain herbal dip- The straight flavor is closest to copenhagen. otherwise order online- Hooch, Smokey Mountain, and a few others) Brisk exercise, avoid drinking, hanging out with your dipping friends, etc early in your quit.
Words of encouragement...right there brother. Post roll everday, give your word to be quit TODAY. Take that step

1st Time Quitting

Hello all. I'm 17 hours into quitting (Copenhagen Chew) and the craves are definitely in full swing. Just looking for some where to cope with the cravings and see how everyone else did it. Any tips or words of encouragement would help.
