Love seeing new quitters!  This place saved my life, seriously.  It can save yours too if you let it work for you and you're willing to try.  Get in your group, learn to post roll, get some numbers of a few in your group and fight through this thing.  You can do it!  Glad you're here!

Welcome, and congrats on your decision to quit.

Post early every single day - weekends, holidays, birthdays, sick days.
