Dave911 welcome to a great decision. Check your upper right corner Inbox (1). Use this site! Use this site to make your promise. Use this site to seek support; ask anyone on here and they will help you. Use this site to kill some time to get through the craves.

I strongly suggest you check out the Welcome Center if you haven't already. This is the information you will need to know in order to be succesfull (and not piss off the vets :o )

If you have any questions or need any help let me know. Have a good quit. And you got one part down already. Just quit for one day. We can all do that. Then wake up and start over.
Quit date 12/10/09

Day 1
« on: February 06, 2010, 02:54:00 PM »
Hello everyone. I'm glad I found a place where I can talk to people who can relate.

Today I am quitting a 16 year 1+ can per day habit. I promise that I will not chew today. I promise to signon tomorrow at which time I will promise again, to not chew for another day. I can commit to that.

My reasons for quitting:
Lips hurt.
Tongue hurts.
Gums hurt.
Gums receding.
Breath stinks like shit.
Costs too much.
Can't think of any good thing about it.
