Gentlemen,

My name is Matt and I will quit dipping today. I am 24 and have been chewing and smoking since I was in kid in 5th grade, It has always been there for me. Today will be my last day. I have quit two times before for about 5 months each time. My first quit went very well until I went over seas with Lockheed Martin in Iraq and Afghanistan, I figured i could smoke a cigar and take a few dips. I was stuck again. Second time I quit i made it about 5 months before caving and moving to Philadelphia. I am tired of feeling like shit from smoking and chewing. I am in great physical shape and work out daily only to leave the gym to dip or smoke.

This will be a hard path and am happy to become a part of this board.
