You're going to see a lot of initial responses demanding that you "post roll." Read up on the site and you'll see that posting roll is a way of life. Go to the July quit group and post your hame (Jhhh) on the roll call. This is basically your signature, your promise not to use nicotine in any form for that day. We all do this and make that promise daily. Its your word and by posting roll, your word (your promise) will be to all of us, as we in turn post roll and promise to be quit with you.

Dive in head first and get ready for the ride of your life.

Hi I'm new i quit over 2 days ago when my kid found my tin and asked his mom for some of daddy's chocolate. Ive been dipping/smoking for about 12 years, quit a couple times for extended periods. But I want to be done for real this time. Thats all I guess thanks
