Just today brutha. today. 100 will be there. we're all in it for today.

Welcome,
A little friendly advice... Post roll each and every day, there is something liberating about doing so. You'll understand as you progress in your quit. Get on this site and absorb as much as you can from fellow quitters and the other resources available. If you need help ask for it. There are a bunch of folks on this site who will be more than happy to help you out, myself included. I will be out of town most of Saturday but will be checking in again Saturday evening.

There's nothing nicotine has to offer that I need. Never has been, never will be.
