Good decision on kicking your nicotine habit to the curb. This site can help. We don't use words like try or hope as they are just another excuse for our addictive brains to tell us anohter lie. There are no short cuts, but here are some links that will help you navigate this site.

This a a NO NICOTINE SITE, period, no discussion. Why this Site Works

Biggest thing to do is get acquainted with this site.

Highly recommend you go here: WELCOME CENTER and Getting acclimated

Your quit decision MUST be 100% your decision. Anything short of that sets you up for failure by allowing your addict brain to blame a given situation as reason for you to go back to the can
First off welcome to ktc. First question, are you done putting nicotine in your your body, by whatever means you were using (dip, being the most popular way around here)? Have you posted roll? If not, read and learn about posting roll at the welcome center,, TOP LEFT. If you answered yes to those few easy question,, then guess what!! You have successfully QUIT, not only that you are QLF (Quit Like Fuck). Now lets just work on today, and we will work on tomorrow when it gets here.

HoF Speech

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.

Day 1
« on: April 01, 2013, 02:38:00 PM »
Hello all,
Decided 2 weeks ago today would be my quit day and here it is. Haven't had a dip in 15hrs(Seems like an eternity). Im now in my 5th year of college and today is the first day I haven't brought a tin with me to school since the 9th grade. I started when I was 13 and am now nearly 22. While I'm dreading the path, I cant wait til I can say that I have successfully quit.

Thanks everybody for all the success stories and tips, going to need it all!
