Welcome aboard Jay. Fellow Cleveland fan here and now living in Indiana. Quitting with KTC is one of the best decisions of my life. I've had extended stoppages in the past but always went back because I am an addict. Come here early every day, post your promise, keep your word, wake up and do it again. That's all it takes. The accountability piece is what makes this thing work here. Get to know people, get numbers, put faces to the screen names and build that accountability. Shooting you a pm now with my number

Cleveland Fan - Introduction
« on: June 29, 2018, 07:28:00 AM »
I quit this insidious dead plant on June 24th, 2018. I have been using tobacco since I was 18, so 13 years. It is actually amazing and shocking to feel yourself type that out. I am so glad that I found this site and have been using optimism, willpower, and this community's support to stay quit each and every day.

Thanks for letting me find my quit voice, and for a place to share with individuals with similar goals.

Jay Med (Cleveland Fan)
