Jersey boy, take it easy. I'm gonna send you some links to where you need to go.

For right now, all you need to do is go here: topic/30163365/7/?x=90#new

Scroll to the bottom and click "Add Reply". When you see the empty box, just type your name, what day you are on, and promise everyone you won't use nicotine for today, and today only.

We can work out the details later. Just put your promise out there, and sit back, and watch the support come to you.

If you need anything, click on my name, and shoot me a PM, or jump in LIVE CHAT (upper right corner).

What is your major malfunction?!?!?!?!

Hello all my last chew was tuesday the 7th . friday and sat the 3rd and fourth days were extremely difficult. EXTREMELY difficult. Im 48 years old Cherry skoal for 20 years and ciggarettes through teen years til iwas 27 and cherry skoal took over. I friend that I came up with in my old neighborhood led me to this site. Im glad Its comforting to know you are not alone. He to is 25 days into his quit second time around hes been a tobacco user longer than i have . A true blue chew hound. The first time i tried bag tabacco was with him . Red Man. Teenagers. He has been very helpful and supportive. I havnt talked to him in years but he's the first one i thought of when going through the hell you all know. He assured me things will get better and hes dead on. I feel the hell part is over. Im thankful for this site. Im thankful for his friendship I know if i get jammed up i can count on him as he can count on me.

Thanks
You post roll? That is the cornerstone of what we do here.
There are no circumstances in which using nicotine will improve the outcome.

My journey. The best part it is not over yet.
