21 weeks on you're own...that's impressive in and of itself. One of a couple of the resident pharmacists here on the site...don't be afraid to use the lorazepam more than once a day if you need it. When used appropriately (i.e. to treat the actual condition; in this case anxiety) they aren't as habit forming. Although the potential still exists, it's more likely to become habit forming when not used for anxiety episodes, such as simply taking on regular basis for the sake of taking it. Lastly, I'll say that a 40 year addiction doesn't just go away in 21 weeks; you're going to continue to experience things for a long time, including cravings, anxiety, dip dreams, and other whispers from that nicotine bitch. So don't sweat it. Now that you're here, get your name on that September roll post and keep your promise not to use nicotine for that day. If your 21 weeks today (147 days) in or about, September is your quit group (that was the month they hit the 100 mark). You'll be more than welcome, cuz all we care about here is quitting and staying quit.
