25 year user here. Was the same STUPID brand. Day 188 now. I'm an addict til I die. Do not believe this is the time. Except it that you know it is.

Say it. This is the time. I quit now. For myself. One day at a time every day. Post roll, make friends and get ready for the single best decision you ever made.
