Here we go.

Been able to unsuccessfully "quit" in the past and I just want to be done once and for ALL. Dang it I'm sick of this.

I don't really know what to say here other than I would love help from anyone and everyone.

Then I can be an example of starting over."

Welcome,

We have all stopped because we were not ready or didn't have the tools to quit. You have the tools available to you now, it is up to you to use them. Good job posting roll. That is how it begins. Trade numbers and get involved. Then quit like hell today. I'll quit with you. PM me if you need anything.

Welcome to KTC bro! This is one hell of a hard task your taking on, but arguably the most rewarding you will ever do. Thousands of men and women have walked these halls and proven that quitting is not impossible. In fact it is simple (not to be confused with easy). At KTC we post our daily promise in roll call and take the option of failure off the table. We focus only on today. You can quit for one day right? If you need to take it hr by hr then so be it. I recommend getting sunflower seeds or gum/candy to help with the oral fixation. Reach out to us if you have any questions or you just need to vent or rage. We are strong men and can take a bit of yelling. I will quit with you. Keep your head up and focus only on today. The rest will work itself out. Any questions send me a pm. Now go post roll and lets get this party started.

P.S. Tell us a little about yourself. How long did you chew? Whats your motivation to quit? Family? Single? Hobbies?

Edit... I see you just posted roll. Good job, you did better then guys who have been around for weeks. You should hold a class to teach new guys whats up.
