Welcome Coach...heed the advice just given to you about posting roll. Make this your daily creed, because like your intro statement implies, you are quitting for you. Posting roll is a promise to yourself AND to your quit brothers that you will not use nicotine for that day. Promise for yourself, and let the accountability to your quit brothers keep you on the strait and narrow.

Welcome Coach! I'll shoot you a PM with my number if you need anything. Just do your best with roll; as has already been said, the only way to screw it up is to not do it!

Quit on!

Welcome coach, posting roll is one of the best things you could ever do. Get up piss, post roll early every damn day! Get to know your quit brother's, swap numbers, be active and use your tools. Most of all don't be a asshat to your family, they didn't put the shit in your mouth! Grab your jock put it on tight it takes a sack full to get this done. You have problems you come on site get help or text a quit brother. You do that and you will see your sons grow up! Damn proud of you! Quit on!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Great decision! To post roll, head to the April 2016 quit group and give it a shot. Don't worry about screwing up -- not posting is the only screw up -- just say hi to your fellow quitters then dive in. Worst case, it gets fixed.

For right now: drink lots of water ; exercise ; read this site for inspiration.

Day 5 is bad ass!

This is my fist time posting on this site so I will probably screw something up. This is my fifth day without dipping. I am a High School football coach and teacher. I have 2 sons. Of course my wife would love for me to quit but that is not why I am doing it. I want to stay healthy and alive to see my children grow. Plus I have a great life, I love my job and my wife so it would be stupid to continue doing something that could cut it short or ruin my quality of life. I think this site is a great idea, It has given me great insight as to what to expect moving forward with my quit. Thanks for the help this site has given me so far. Now if I can figure out how to post on roll call it will be all good.
