This is some of the hardest shit I've ever had to do and it's only been 3 days...
The best things you can get in life are often also the hardest.....you didn't get hooked on the nic bitch in three days so it's going to take some time for your brain to rewire......keep fighting bro, and post up every morning. When things get really ugly go in the chat room. There are people in there that know what you're going through. Always remember, you only have to quit today. Don't worry about tomorrow, you'll deal with it when it comes....

Under the main page. Look under the Quit groups heading. Read the welcome center page too, it explains alot about how to get started here.

Please don't disappoint yourself! Like mookie said your a lot smarter than me too it took me till I was 55. Post roll daily or your odds of making it to 100 days are slim. Don't be one of the guys that join, introduce their self, never learn to post roll or only post a few days and return to the bitch.

Congrats on waking up, J. I'm betting that the reason you give won't even be in the top five if you are quit a month from now. Quit because you don't want to disappoint YOU. Quit because you don't want to be nicotine's bitch anymore.

Welcome. Read everything you can on the site. If you're ready to giver your word to me and others that you will not use nicotine today, head on over to the May '13 group and post roll. instructions and other good info can be found in the WELCOME CENTER link. Or PM me if I can help. Welcome!
*Quit today. Full stop. No qualifiers. Tomorrow?... IDK, IDC.

Congratulations Jgrogan!!!

You are 100X smarter than most. It took me to age 50 to figure out what you have at 18. Keep it up young man, there is tons of help and support on this site. All you need to do is ask. Don't forget to post with May.
