Done. Iv'e made a life choice. I challenge everyone who visits this site to do what I've done: QUIT!

You are doing a great job! Your attitude is spot on! As Paul San found out you need to make your teeth swim. Drink lots of water and a little fruit juice. It will help with any withdrawals and also flush that shite out of your system. Proud to quit with you! Don't worry if you mess up roll. Seriously. The only way to truly screw up is by not posting. PM me if you want to chat or need advice or anything at all. Get some fellow quitters digits. We are all about accountability. We will call you on your shite...if you shite any. Believe me. We can be really aggressive. Imagine. As many people are on this site everyone has been through darn near everything and if not your exact thing something very similar or worse. So, no excuses. Heck. We got a guy that has had major surgery on top of major surgery and still quit through it all.

Forgot to mention some of the benefits Iv'e noticed so far:

1. No "ass wipe" stains on slacks, jeans and shirts
2. No "geez your hot and I'd like to talk to you but I need to spit" + my teeth don't have black crap in them or smell like ass.
3. Had to swallow to speak now I need a gallon of water to recoup - but I can't get water just now so suffer
4. Not the first thing I want in the morning
5. Food tastes better - really, I forgot about eggs n bacon

July 16th quit group? I'm not a genius when it comes to computers or blogs. how do I "head over there"? Accountability - hell yeah I'll post daily the fact that it's hard to do anything, and I mean ANYTHING without a chew in my mouth.

Fantastic decision Blake. You should join up in the July 16 quit group...based on the month you all hit HOF (100 days quit). Head over there, introduce yourself, and find the awesome support. Better yet, you sound like a leader...you can strengthen your quit by paying it forward on this site.

We quit one day at a time here. Post roll daily and be a man of your word. You are well in your way and that's incredible all by yourself. Kudos and welcome
