JMcay is damn right...it's getting better!!! Never fail to take note of your success. TWO WEEKS...that is awesome!!! Congrats to both of you and your whole Quit Group. Your commitment to being quit today fires me up. Recognize your success. Shout it loud in your quit group. Yall are doing bad ass stuff here. You're saving lives.

It's easy to get lost in monotony. I used to stop for a while, then get defeated at the thought of "quitting forever." I would basically call bullshit on myself and cave. But that is because I didn't understand what I was doing. Quitting forever is hard. That's why nobody is quitting forever here. All we're doing is quitting ONE DAY AT A TIME.

What's done is done. Nobody can change the past...so fuck it. Nobody knows what the future holds...so fuck that too. All you can control is TODAY. And we've given our word that we won't have anything to do with nicotine today. I can guaran-fucking-tee you I'll keep my word...today. So that is another win.

ONE DAY AT A TIME. Embrace the suck. It is the feeling of freedom!!!

How's it goin im part of your group your in think your few days ahead of me on the quit. I have some strong cravings but its getting better. How many day have u been off nic.

Congrats on 2 weeks Bobby. Dont quit alone, join up with your quit group in July 2017 and start posting roll.
Make the promise to your group that you will not use nicotine in any form and then keep your promise.

Well, here I am looking through this website almost watching a forecast of what my life will be like if I keep chewing. I started chewing a year and a half ago. as of yesterday I am two weeks into my quit. Yesterday I also had the worst nic fit thus far. Only thing that stopped from going down and getting a can was finding this website and realizing that I am not alone here. I am at the point where I no longer have the fog and I'm not as snappy or easily upset, but I am having massive Craivings.
