Congrats on the HOF, Coach! Way to dig in and get on board - proud to have done this with you!

And think about how much easier it will be to sneak up on a moose, when he can't smell that chaw from a mile away!

Yo coach.
What you coaching?
How to stop for a bit?
Its not about setting a goal.
It's about killing it.
Putting it in a casket.
Throwing dirt on top.
Ol' Coach needs to die.
Quit living in the past.
Live for today.
And Tomorrow is a worry of time.
I also think you need to talk about
whats going to be different this time.
Life will always "get in the way".....
But nicotine never helped you with it.
And never will.
You have the ability to quit and save your life.
But you will need our help.
And.... We need yours.

You post roll....

Day 1 in full effect.

Thanks again for the support of this site. I have been addicted to dipping Copenhagen for the better part of 25 years. At this point in my life and after several unsuccessful attempts to kill the can, I have refound the fellowship of this site. I say refound, because I was able to use it back in 2007 and it brought me to just under 365 days of chew free behaviour. I thought I was free of it until life got in the way. I've dipped again until about 2014 and quit successfully for another full year. With the support of this group, I know I can get to a third time is a charm level and make this quit stick for good. It has effected my family and marriage and I wish for it to stop forever. I promise to put in the work and post everyday. Although I may not post and converse with people on the site until I get to know you all more. I will post in roll call! The addiction has divided me and my family enough and I'm ready to change. One minute, one day at a time.

Much respect to you all,
CoachC
