I quit a few weeks ago. Yesterday I bought a tin and threw it out the window before I put one in. Almost relapsed. Glad I did it.
Looks like you tried to post roll yesterday, which is great. But you quoted roll from November 22, so that got things off to a rocky start. A good try.

I would strongly suggest some quit tools like Tarp suggested...LIVE CHAT, posting roll daily, and getting to know some of your quit brothers would be a great place to start. Also, check out the Welcome Center to learn how to post, and why we do things the way we do. You will never regret quitting...

Quit on.

Nice job Cornett! Have you posted roll yet? Head over and read up in the welcome center. Then you're off to April '15 to post roll. That is your promise to yourself and all of us that you won't use nic today in any form. There is a link to instructions for posting roll at the top of the April roll if you need it. Drink lots of water and good luck. Pm me if you need anything.
sounds like you need a healthy dose of quit tools. Accountability, brotherhood, support and more. All at your reach. Post roll daily with April and you'll have it. Next time you buy a tin you might not be so lucky. Russian roulette is the name of your game.
If you quit, then nicotine isn't an option. This means you won't be buying or using or putting yourself in this situation. Especially if you post roll, keep your word that day and rely on other addicts like us....like you...to help you.  Ready? Let's quit.
welcome to the club, there are a few of us michigan quitters here at KTC. you know how this place works yet? feel free to shoot me a pm if you have any questions or if you want digits.
I'm actually a Michigan State quitter. If you need help posting roll let me know. How many days quit are you?
