You no longer have to "try" you can "Do". You need to plug into this site and drink the coolade. Follow the program to a t and don't try to alter it or adjust it as if it all doesn't apply to you follow it to the letter. This site has helped me keep my freedom for 998 days today. I did that one day at a time. Make the commitment read and learn how and why we post roll, do it everyday and never fucking miss and be a man of your word one day at a time. Share your addiction with your friends and family and solicit their support. Do this for you and you only. You can do this, we will quit with you!!!! Reach out to me if you need help.

I have tried several times over the years to quit my addition to Cope. I am very excited to see a group that lends support to this difficult choice. I have hid my addiction from everyone that cares about me for decades by laughing off any time someone questioned the hidden can or the horrible breath. I look forward to talking to others in this situation and stopping the excuses of why I need to chew.
