Hey Brother, glad that you've posted roll. Use this site as much as possible and get all the info you can. Read the hof speeches and reach out to your fellow quitters for numbers and words of encouragement and wisdom. Many of us are too weak willed to just quit the nic bitch on our own. We NEED each other, certainly much more than we will ever or have ever "needed" nicotine. You're gonna have bad days ahead, and there may be days where you just feel like you cant do it, its too much stress, ill quit later when my life isnt so hectic. dont believe the nicotine lies! Post roll EVERY DAY and MAKE the PROMISE, and we will too. We quit not only for ourselves but we quit so you know you can too. Now lets kill the can, one day at a time!
