Well then. Welcome back. Just out of curiosity, how long have you been Nic free? Why did you decide to return to KTC after all this time? If you quit on your own since 2011 you can see why I am asking. Not trying to be an ass or anything, but......
Lately we have seen a large amount of returning cavers and some of us are a little gun shy.

Just logged in after 4 years!
20th July 2010 was my first quitting attempt. I even made it to 100 days but then I started it all over again.
On 8th February 2011 I quit for the last time and I never looked back.
Too bad I did not register in any group so I won't make it to Hall Of Fame ??

Good things are happening, soon I will get my double graduation (BA and BCom).
Life is what we make it :)

I'd be regular now and help others who are quitting.
Never lose hope. You are not alone.

I think what he is asking is "have you been quit since Feb 2011"? Joined in July 2010, made it 100 days, only 5 posts?
