This is my first day posting here. I am really glad to have stumbled across this site to find people who are going through the same things. I am starting day 12 without the crap in my mouth. It has been really hard and I admit that I miss dipping like crazy! Gum, really strong mints, sunflower seeds have helped me get through. It is getting easier but tobacco is still all I think about no matter what I am doing. Scary as hell! Hopefully that will pass. I look at pictures of people who have not been so lucky and that is a huge reminder of why I cant cave.
I look forward to the support here. Good luck to everyone. Hang in there! Dont give up!
Everytime I have an urge I come to this site and at least look at something. There is always someone here to talk you down if you need it. You're doing fine, keep it up!

hang in there dude...just remember how bad it sucks. those memories will be what keeps you from giving into the can. head on over to May 08 and make roll call.
Welcome, life does go on without the Copensmacken.....the sun still comes up, work still gets done (sort of), you will survive. Get on over to the May'08 group and get to quittin'. B)
