Welcome, you will find lots of women and military who successfully quit here and in the forums. Quit is simple, but very hard.
First, flush the contents of every can you have. You do not want temptation around. Then quit cold turkey.
Second, join the April 2016 quit group. Post roll, your daily promise not to use nicotine for 24 hours. Get to know those quitters, exchange digits to build your own support network.. (Crazy, but it works).
Third, drink lots of water and exercise. Read this site for inspiration. It will suck until it doesn't -- but you can do this.
Find the spousal support page, find the military forum page -- these will have information and contacts specific to your situation.
Finally, bring your rage here -- spare your husband. We understand what quitting nicotine does to you, have been there done that.
