Here is your group: topic/10564902/249/#new

It's under Quit Groups, Pre-HOF January 2015. That's the month you will hit the Hall of Fame (100 days of quit). It's is just a milestone though.

Congratulations! Be ready to fight through some tough times. It gets easier but it takes a while. Stay close to KTC and read everything you can find. It will help a lot. There are a lot of veterans on here that provide great support and motivation. Post roll every day and tough it out. You can find many good quotes in the signature lines of the vets as well. Find some you like and use them every day to stay quit.

About a month ago I decided that it was time to give up my can and start living a more healthy life for my kids. I read a lot online about how to do it and set a quit date of 9-30-14. This happened to be the date my son was scheduled to be born. After lunch the day before I ran out of snuff and decided that I'd just quit 12 hours earlier instead of buying another can. I'm 2 weeks in now and am looking forward to the years to come without a dip in my lip.
Welcome. One thing to correct ya about here. Don't quit for your kids, family, friends, etc. You gotta do it for YOURSELF. Your family, friends, etc will benefit from you quitting but it has to be about you.

Have you hit up the Welcome Center? forum/55560/
Have you Posted Roll? topic/1003072/1/#new

Take a look around, get comfortable. This place works ONLY if you follow the very basic rules

1). Post Roll Daily. We take it One day at a time here
2). Be a man of your word
3). Be active here.

I'm on day 229 and loving life.
