Feels good to be quitting with so many other committed individuals! Good choice on the Smokey Mountain, it is what is getting me through day to day when I just need the feeling of something in my lip. We can get this done.
Quit.      Nov 22 2018
HOF.      Mar 1 2019

My number is always available, just PM me. I am up all night many nights,  just call me. My quit is strong because of KTC, just make sure yours is too.

Accountability + Brotherhood = Success

I am a retread. You can have a second chance like me just own up to your past. I flushed 2 laps down the drain once because I want involved.  Not again.  Get involved,  get quit.

Rob, good to see you here. What you will learn Tom your new quit brothers is activity here leads to success. Post roll every day, read all the good Words of Wisdom and Hall of Fame speeches, exchange digits and get to know other quitters.

I see you're on roll good work! You are taking positive steps in the right direction! Ask about the Group Me in January I believe they have one set up and be sure to exchange numbers with your fellow quitters in there!!

Here's to our new lives away from the tin. Damnit, I am going to quit with you!

Day One of my journey
« on: October 03, 2015, 07:33:00 PM »
Hey all. My name is Rob and I reside in Lutz, Florida.

I train in kickboxing and Muay Thai and hope to one day travel to Thailand to further my training. I am also a huge comic book nerd as you can probably tell by my user name. My music of choice is death metal. Bands such as Bolt Thrower, Cannibal Corpse, Deicide etc.

Enough of that....here is why Im here. Im sick of my life revolving around a tin. Im sick of spending the money on it. Im tired of worrying am I going to be the one to get oral cancer.

I dipped about a tin a day ranging from Grizzly snuff to Kayak grape to tubs of Stokers wintergreen.

I know this is going to be the hardest thing Ive ever done....but dammit Im gonna do it!!!

Looking to you all for support. Talk to you all soon.
