Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Not trying to skirt duties as a brother in quit Task. I think it's important for guys is your group to drop the hammer. Trust me some of the VETS with way more quit than me are going to be real tough on you IF this continues.

Early on in the quit is the hardest. We just don't want to see you cave.

Just exchange son digits with your doggy bros and avoid this in the future. Glad you are still quit, stay strong!

In all fairness I was gone from early morning till late at night. A few of us are getting ready for a smoker(its an amateur fight but doesn't go on your record...nothing to do with nicotine)in a few weeks. On the plus side....I didn't once think about putting in a dip.

I'm done with chew

Im here. Forgot roll call yesterday. Oops.
Oops? Really? I'll delve out my support with the same vigor that your using in your quit...... 'bang head'

Get your head in the game bro. This isn't a passive thing your doing here. Quitting takes commitment and focus. I recommend you reevaluate what you hope to get out of KTC and then apply yourself. You only get as much as you put in here. Nothing more and nothing less.

Hey all. My name is Rob and I reside in Lutz, Florida.

I train in kickboxing and Muay Thai and hope to one day travel to Thailand to further my training. I am also a huge comic book nerd as you can probably tell by my user name. My music of choice is death metal. Bands such as Bolt Thrower, Cannibal Corpse, Deicide etc.

Enough of that....here is why Im here. Im sick of my life revolving around a tin. Im sick of spending the money on it. Im tired of worrying am I going to be the one to get oral cancer.

I dipped about a tin a day ranging from Grizzly snuff to Kayak grape to tubs of Stokers wintergreen.

I know this is going to be the hardest thing Ive ever done....but dammit Im gonna do it!!!

Looking to you all for support. Talk to you all soon.
Hell yeah! You have the reasons to stay quit as you just stated. Keep doing what you do without the need to throw in that nasty shit and before you know it, you'll be a free man and the happiest man in the world for choosing to make the smartest decision of your life. Stay strong and stay quit. Your brothers are here for you and me too.

Where you at today bud? Not on roll yet. Hope all is well.
If I could I would. If I don't, it's because I am lazy.
