Hello everyone,

I came across this site before and routinely over the last year came back to it. I've tried quiting in the past a failed miserably but I've reached a point now to where my mouth hurts all the time and my son's age 5  3 are recognizing what I'm doing. I just lost my father in law to lymphatic cancer and we watched him wither away slowly over a month till he eventually passed prematurely. I don't want my son's to have to see that happen to there father and put quitting into perspective. I came back to the site and finally registered my first week of quitting.
So....

If you've actually been routinely over this site the last year, you know how this works....

Go find your Jan '18 quit group, post up your day count, and get to quittin. While you're at it, get to know your fellow quitters. Trade digits with them. Drink the KTC Kool-Aid......Wake up, Piss, Post, and build your web of accountability so deep you CAN'T fail.

If you need some help, I'm a PM away (check the upper right hand corner of your forum pages).....
