The support has been huge here i have made a few contacts. Been through a shit load of seeds. Low sodium seeds don't tear up my mouth as bad. I have had decent cravings in short burst. I plan on getting a bunch of juice today to help flush the nic out. I will battle through this and with the help of KTC I will be quit today.
Great job realizing already why this place works. I, like you, couldn't do it alone either. I bit the bullet, dove in headfirst and am almost a year nic free now. It happened ODAAT and because everyday I woke up and chose not to use nicotine that day under any circumstances. You can do this.
"Fuck nicotine dude. You don't need it. And you don't want it. It didn't do a thing for you and you know it." - worktowin
"today you dissided that shit wont control your life. and it wont. unless you let it." - drome
"Not thinking about nicotine is for people who've never used nicotine. We threw that option away with the first dip or drag on a cigarette. We are addicts, and cannot become un-addicted." - wildirish317
"You need to decide how much you really want to be quit." - pky1520
We are always at risk. And probably always will be. That is why I will never get "too quit" to post my +1. Every. Damn. Day. - geis2597

I want this to work. I have dipped for about 14 years. I have wanted to be done for some time. I get down when i can't quit. I am supposed to go to a 4th of July BBQ tonight and i don't know if that is a good idea. I do enjoy dipping with Beer.
I have three kids and a wife my son turns 2 the day before my Hall Of Fame date so that would be good.
My grandson was born two days into my quit. The best day to quit is today. In fact, it's the only day to quit. I quit today. I've quit the past 129 days.

We only quit for today here. That's our promise. It works. Welcome, explore this site. Make your promise. Quit. It's simple. It's fockin' hard. We are here to help. Just ask.

Welcome aboard brother. You won't regret it. There's a lot of "quit" experience here.
Post roll and give your promise not to use 1st thing in the morning. Get to know the members of your HOF group and build some friendships. Reach out to some Vets who make an impression on you. And exchange your digits with members in your group so you can give someone a text or call on those days you feel like you're about to crash and burn. A lot of folks come here and post roll and that's it. I think part of what makes this site work in addition to posting roll is the friendship and brotherhood that comes with doing more than just posting roll.

And read intros and HOFs. There's a lot to be learned from our successes and our failures

I quit with you today!

Mike1966 77 days of freedom from the ball and chain!
Just one and you will be back where you started.
And where you started was desperately wishing
you were where you are right now.
