I'm going to be fat as hell, I'm eating cookies like mad tonight lol
Welcome to my world. My suggestion is to deal with your quit now, and worry about eating habits later. During my first couple hundred days, I packed on about 20 pounds. I knew I couldn't fight two battles at once. I'm back down below my quit weight now and life is good.

Some here will not agree with the above theory, but you have to pick what is right for you. First and foremost: stay quit.
I'm in the same boat. Put on 15 lbs since I quit. The oral fixation is so strong that I'm going to keep eating (though moved to altoids from cookies), but am starting to amp up my exercise frequency and level.
Agree with the others, do whatever it takes to quit. That being said working out is the best thing you can do to get through all the BS. So in my opinion eat up, and then go work it off, and most important, quit.

So this is the longest I've been without nicotine for about a decade. I actually tasted the dinner I just ate, but my mouth is starting to hurt like hell. Getting some intense cravings here and there , but more then anything I feel really weird lol I actually feel a lot calmer but pretty tired.

I decided to start putting the money I'd be spending on dip in a savings just for me. It's kind of sick how much we spend on this crap that can kill us.
Fantastic! A day at a time...

It will get worse and it will get better...The cravings get smaller and that savings account will get bigger...it is a win-win. when you get pissed off just come on here and bitch...it works, and everyone understands exactly what you are going through.

Keep it up, find some of the veterans who are more than happy to help us stay quit.
