Great job posting roll, and make it the number one priority when you wake up! There is a great support system here. Don't be scared to reach out to fellow KTC members. Everyone is willing to help! Stay strong and take it one day at a time.

My name is Justin. I just quit two days ago. I have been chewing off and on for 18 years. So far so good. I am currently using the Herbal Snuff to help with the oral fixation. Definitely feeling the fog currently and had my first dip dream last night. Haven't had intense cravings yet, which is good and I think the herbal snuff helps those cravings subside.

Justin,
Welcome to KTC. Congrats on two days on your own, the next 18 days will be some of the worst days you will face. Visit the visitor's center in the above tab, learn how to post roll and then post roll in the November 2014 group. It is called this because November 2014 is when you would hit your HOF date or 100 days of being quit. Though 100 days is not the goal it is one of the first major milestones.

I have been on this quit path for a little over a year now and many of us are here to help guide you along. Read, go to chat meet quitters, become a contributor here and you will find quitting can be easy. You just have to do it for yourself.
