Hello, my name is Tammy. I'm a mother of 2 and I have been chewing for 16 years. I have tried to quit multiple times but would cave in to the cravings. I'm dead set on quitting this time. First for myself, than for my family. I know it will be really difficult but going through the forums, it's encouraging to see all the support.
This place works because we quit as a team. Post roll HERE. There are folks here going through the same issues and they are ready to assist you. :)
Yep, Stranger has it right. Postin roll is the key. Keep your word once you've posted up for the day. Stick close to the sight, read, but most importantly
make yourself accountable to others. It strengthens your quit.
Good day to do it on your birthday...if you haven't stayed quit...do it now. If you have....happy birthday nic free!
Come on Tammy, get yourself on roll call, that's how we quit around here!
Just sent her an email through the system....time will tell, but I'm not encouraged by someone who posts and intro and then vanishes....

I suspect those two kids have a mother who continues to chew tobacco. Sad.
...or maybe not.

Somebody please set me straight if I'm very much out of line on this, but I'm guessing we're dealing with a woman who got a whole bunch of PMs from guys pushing their digits on her and asking for her digits in return. She then got creeped out and decided to GTFO in a massive hurry.

This is, of course, purest speculation on my part. But I suspect I'm right.

So, guys...is this what happened?
Unlikely. Digits are usually exchanged after some interaction. She had one post and never logged in again. It happens all the time. I would almost guarantee she had a dip in within a few hours of this post and was embarrassed/ ashamed of that.

Maybe one of the female members can correct me if I'm mistaken, but from my observation, most male members don't use KTC as a dating service and quitters are generally treated with the level of respect that they show others, regardless of gender.

... Except in October, where dick pics are the common currency.
I doubt that's the case on the pushing of digits.

Seems more like the person wasnt ready to quit like she stated.

Most everyone here acts in accordance to true brotherhood...
Agree with the Chick. I have never had a bad experience. In fact, I am astounded how incredibly good and decent most people are at KTC.
Just one and you will be back to where you started, and where you started was desperately wishing you were where you are now.

You want to quit or you don't. That will determine your outcome. We have all been a "day one"......it's just a matter of when that day is, and if it is in time. Take control of your life. It's hard but we are proof that it can be done. Again, it is only possible if you want to quit.........or you don't.

- Another female that dipped for 22 years, and a mom, and a wife, with a job and an extended family.......we are both addicts. Why not listen to someone that gets it, lives it.......and better yet, loves being quit. Lady G Day 1182
