And pretty sure msgs get bumped. Trying to
Limit posting with BB. So tell the other so called
Early rising worm eating quitters to Buggeroff
Til I can get on business computer
Atta boy doc... Get after it. I'll post for you anytime, as will klark or 30 or any of these guys. Stay strong, stay quit, embrace the suck, and never walk that way again

My story and yours are VERY similar. Started about the same age, and used for about the same amount of time. For that reason, I know you can do this.

DOCLANGE: Cold turkey quit,posting roll daily, promising not to use that day , repeat next day, one day at a time = successful QUIT!!!!!! You can do it! Glad to be quit with you today. Nico

Day 1 Intro for me

Hello-I'm doclange-quitting again today after using for 35 +/- years. Started when 11 years old, quit once for 3 years but fell off wagon when my Dad passed on. Ready to kick this crap and move one. Sure hope I can get lots of support here-I've browsed around and truly believe just cold turkey quit is better-I've tried the weaning off etc-doesn't work. So-on to day 1 for me--
